4. Your Account

5. Verification and KYC

6. Deposits
Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. The minimum deposit and accepted methods are shown in the cashier. 8. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned subject to verification. Where we close an account for a serious breach, we may withhold bonus-derived winnings, but we will not withhold your legitimately deposited funds.
11. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
If your account has no login or gameplay activity for a continuous period (typically 12 months or more), it is treated as dormant and we may apply an administration fee in accordance with MGA rules, where a balance remains. We will attempt to contact you before applying any fee, and you can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and, if needed, completing verification.

14. Errors and Omissions
If an obvious error occurs — for example a mispriced game, an incorrect payout, or a technical fault that produces a result that should not have stood — we reserve the right to correct it, void the affected bets and adjust balances accordingly.
